Terms and Conditions of Service
- We provide instant account activation for our shared and WordPress hosting plans. In most cases, the Cloud Server service can take around 2 hours, but sometimes it takes 24 hours to activate the service. The integrated staff will work for 24 hours as soon as we receive the equipment needed for the product. If you need a customized combination, we may need more delivery time from our company.
- Saving all deposits may take some time if the first confirmation fails. In this case, we will contact you for details and steps to complete the verification process.
Payments
- You agree to pay Services on time and in advance for the Services in accordance with the billing cycle provided by the Services. Debts are issued 10 days before the Service is renewed. BucketHost offers a validity period of 3 days after the renewal date. If the bill is not paid within the 7-day of the due date, the service will suspend the service until the bill is paid in full in 5 days. BucketHost will terminate the Free Service on day 5 and we will not be responsible for any data loss.
- After terminating your service we will keep your backup for 25 days and that doesn’t include your email’s backup. after the termination of your service if you ask for backup you have to pay one time 80$ and we will provide you a recent latest backup of your terminated service.
- Invoices that have been paid more than once due to multiple PayPal subscriptions or multiple manual fees are non-refundable. The overpayment amount will be added as a credit to your account, which you can use to pay off any invoices in the future.
- If your payment is refunded due to a chargeback you will need to pay the refunded amount plus a one-time $20 chargeback fee.
- BucketHost accepts payments via credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payments from unverified PayPal accounts are not acceptable and are not eligible to ask for refunds as well.
Contact Information
- The customer agrees to keep his or her contact information and e-mail up to date. We will use the registered email to send notifications about generated invoices, outstanding debts, termination of service, termination of services, newly provided services, and other related information. BucketHost recommends using an external email address so that the Customer can receive messages if there is a problem with the Service.
Contact Information
- Cancellation requests that you want to place on the customer dashboard by clicking on the My Services, Rules, and Application Termination button. Termination of the subscription sent by email is not considered legitimate and you will remain billed for the Service until the cancellation is confirmed. It can take up to 7 days for the cleaning request to complete.
- Domain names are within a 30 day retrieval period after the expiration date. The cost to recover and renew a domain name which is in redemption is $90.
Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for the content uploaded to his account. Customers are responsible for the actions of their customer’s using accounts on our servers and on the network. In case BucketHost’s terms of service are violated, BucketHost will suspend the account that violates these terms and will notify the recipient by registered email.
- BucketHost will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services. The customer agrees to use the service at its own risk.
Moneyback Guarantee
- The money-back-guarantee is applicable to new clients only. if existing clients make new orders then they do not qualify for our money-back guarantee program.
- You can request a refund if you place a cancellation request within the period of days covered by your service’s money-back guarantee. Different services have different money-back guarantee terms, below you can see if your service is covered by our money-back guarantee and under what terms:

- The customer agrees to use the Services for lawful purposes only. BucketHost.com prohibits the following content on our servers and network.
- Anything related to IRC
- Proxy Scripts
- Running chat services or chat related web sites on the shared hosting plans
- Anything related to torrents
- Starting background processes on shared servers
- Warez, hacking tools, exploits, bots
- Any type of mining for cryptocurrencies
- Porn websites
- Download oriented web sites
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- IP Scanners
- Hacker focused sites
- Any Mailing applications
- Mail Spamming
- We Take abuse reports very seriously if we get any of the above and any attachments that violate the rights of others will be removed immediately or access will be denied. All investments that violate copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated on our hosting.
Communication With Us
- BucketHost connects its customers with respect and good manners. They are expected to be similar to our customers. If the customer does not like and criticize our team, we encourage him to respect and speak kindly to us. If you do this again after receiving the notice, you will be charged a $ 100 fee and all of your services will be penalized until the full bill is paid.
- BucketHost will not renew the services of a customer who has insulted our staff members after he has been warned via email.
Backups
- BucketHost keeps backup of all files and databases. BucketHost keeps daily and weekly backups for Fully Managed Cloud Servers plans, shared hosting, WordPress hosting plans, and Magento hosting.
- The customer agrees to use BucketHost’s backups at his own risk. BucketHost doesn’t guarantee the existence of backups at all times and recommends the Customer to store their own backups at all times.Priority support
- For the selected services, special advance services are available. BucketHost provides all the support that is needed to look at priorities. First, people are allowed in the order in which they appeared. Eligible tickets will be accepted before any further tickets are opened.
Migration Policy
- BucketHost helps customers migrate their websites quickly, effortlessly and easily without downtime. We require login details to the old server in order to perform the migration.
IP Address Allocation
- BucketHost doesn’t provide any dedicated IP on Shared/WordPress/Magento hosting. On Unmanaged and Fully manage Cloud Server we only provide a single IP address and that is also will be randomly allocated when you order. you can’t get same IP after your same service terminated and your reorder again.
Changes To The Terms
- BucketHost reserves the right to make changes to the terms at any time without notification. Customers agree to visit the terms of service regularly for updates.
